Our mobile medical team, which includes Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and Social Workers, delivers personalized, high-quality care right to your door. Our Vision & Mission
Homestead Health is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Its specific purposes are to support the health, safety, and quality of life of adults—particularly seniors—by providing and coordinating in-home and virtual medical services, including but not limited to:

- Geriatric care managemente
